Independence Day Celebrated at Santhigiri
Pothencode: Independence Day celebrations were held this morning at 7:30 AM in Santhigiri Ashram. The Ashram’s General Secretary, Swami Gururethnam Jnana Thapaswi, hoisted the national flag.
Speaking on the occasion, Swami stated that freedom was not a gift from anyone, but the result of the selfless struggles and sacrifices of our forefathers. Safeguarding it is the responsibility of every Indian.
Department heads and devotees from the Ashram participated in the ceremony.
