The Centre will train 50000 people in Kerala as part of skill development program with the participation of Santhigiri Ashram, said Rajiv Pratap Rudy, the Central Minister for Skill Development. He was inaugurating the Cultural Meet in connection with the Navati Celebrations of Navajyoti Sri Karunakara Guru at Santhigiri Ashram.
The Minister said that Santhigiri is a model for the society in philanthropic work and skill development programs. Santhigiri through these programs would make people employable in line with the vision of its Founder, Navajyoti Sri Karunakara Guru. He assured the Ashram all support in these activities.
