Pothencode: Under the guidance of The bureau of Pharma a Public sector undertaking by the central government department of pharmaceuticals an initiative has begun aptly named Jan Aushadi literally meaning the peoples medicine. The store sells Allopathy medicine and surgical instruments at 70% off for the general public.
The inauguration of the new store in the Santhigiri Sidhha college premises was conducted by Mr C.Divakaran ,MLA with Santhigiri Ashram Organizing Secretary Swami Gururetnam Jnana Tapaswi Chairing the meeting and Bureau of Pharma Senior Marketing officer Poornima.S.Nair detailing about the Jan Aushadhi Scheme.
