UTTARASREE EDUCATIONAL AID PROGRAMME
The Uttarasree Educational Aid Programme has been launched by Gurumahima, the organization for young girls in the Ashram, to provide educational assistance to deserving students at school and college levels. Bright but financially backward students interested to continue education are provided free uniform, note books, text books, bag, umbrella, footwear and the amount for remitting fee and cost of study materials.
K.R. Narayanan Endowment
This is a scheme to assist financially backward students for appearing in the Civil Services Examinations. Under this, the Ashram extends financial assistance to the tune of Rs. 100,000 each to three eligible students in a year. The endowment has been instituted as a respectful tribute to late Sri K.R. Narayanan, the former President of India.
